Job summary

PJ Care Mallard House in Milton Keynes is seeking Health Care Assistants to join a compassionate, committed team delivering 24‑hour resident care. You will support daily living, including washing, dressing and mealtimes, while upholding high standards of practice and treating residents with dignity.

We welcome applicants with or without care experience who show warmth and a willingness to grow through our progression pathways, DBS funding, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• A clear DBS ( Disclosure and Barring Service )
• Satisfactory references
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
• Willingness to participate in daily activities with residents

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with daily living activities including washing, toileting, dressing and assisting at mealtimes.
• Provide dignified, person‑centred care tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Maintain good timekeeping and listen carefully to residents to deliver quality support.
• Engage residents in daily activities such as dancing and singing to enrich their day.
