Job description

The NHS is changing. More emphasis on community-based care means there’s never been a better time to join us.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Neurodiversity Family Support Practitioner to join our caring and progressive team in Maidstone.

We’re a close team but we’re never exclusive. If you can bring a professional approach and fresh ideas, we would love to hear from you.

Your Daily Tasks Will Be Varied And Include
  • Delivering training and resources to support a more inclusive and adaptive school environment that celebrates neurodiversity through use of a tool that enables identification of individual needs.
  • Working in partnership with schools to provide additional support and guidance.
  • Carrying a caseload of families and working with key agencies (such as PCN Navigators) to ensure families are able to access the support that meets their needs.

This is a busy role, so you will be working within your team to balance different tasks that often change. You will need a full driving licence to travel to different sites across the community and schools.
