Job Description:

Are you a professional Neurodiversity coach, able to offer coaching and training approaches? 3SC is a social business with expertise in building and managing public service contracts, part of Twin Group.

As a Neurodiversity Coach, you will work with marginalized individuals, supporting them in achieving their goals.

You will primarily work on our Integrated Offender Management (IOM) programme in North and North-west London, providing in-person/face-to-face screening and coaching to neurodiverse offenders, and offering training and support to IOM staff with their neurodiverse participants.

  • 3SC’s ethos is to partner with SMEs, mainly third-sector organizations, across the UK to deliver quality programmes.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    1. Providing one-to-one support and coaching.
    2. Delivering services aligned with targets, quality standards, and compliance measures.
    3. Using motivational and action planning techniques to facilitate participant progression.
    4. Assessing strengths and weaknesses, and identifying areas for development.
    5. Adapting approaches to meet the needs of individual or group participants.
    6. Inspiring confidence and self-belief.
    7. Measuring and reporting outcomes using methodologies like distance travelled tools.
Qualifications:

Level 5 qualification in Coaching, Teaching, or significant coaching experience. Applications are welcome from candidates without these but willing to obtain the necessary qualifications.

Skills and Experience:
  • At least two years of coaching or working with disadvantaged groups (neurodiverse individuals, those with mental/physical health issues, prison leavers, job seekers).
  • Experience delivering online/virtual and face-to-face coaching.
  • Knowledge of motivational techniques supporting vulnerable groups.

What we offer:

  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Location: Across North and North-west London.
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.
