Job summary

ONSIDE is launching an innovative new Neurodevelopmental (Melo aND More) Service across South Worcestershire, providing early intervention, practical support and emotional wellbeing services for children and young people aged 0–25 years and their families.

Our practitioners will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering support through community hubs, home visits, group programmes and partnership work with education, health, social care and voluntary sector organisations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellbeing and emotional support to children, young people and families in community settings.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with schools, health, social care and voluntary sector partners.
• Provide early intervention, practical support and emotional wellbeing programmes.
• Lead group programmes and parent workshops as part of the ND service.
• Promote neurodiversity-affirming practice and person-centred support.
