Job summary

ONSIDE is launching a Neurodevelopmental (Melo aND More) Service across North Worcestershire, delivering early intervention, practical support and emotional wellbeing services for children and young people aged 0–25 and their families.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Wellbeing & Emotional Support Practitioner will provide support through community hubs, in‑home visits and group programmes, and collaborate with education, health, social care and voluntary sector partners to

Wellbeing & Emotional Support Practitioner

Salary Band: £26,500 – £29,000 FTE per annum (pro rata)

Part Time Hours: 25 – 37 hours per week

Location: North Worcestershire

Contract Type: Permanent

ONSIDE is launching an innovative new Neurodevelopmental (Melo aND More) Service across North Worcestershire, providing early intervention, practical support and emotional wellbeing services for children and young people aged 0–25 years and their families.

Our vision is to create a neuro-affirming, person-centred service that empowers children, young people and families to understand and embrace neurodivergence, build on their strengths and access the right support at the right time.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, our practitioners will deliver support through community hubs, one-to-one interventions in homes and community settings, group programmes, parent workshops and partnership working with education, health, social care and voluntary sector organisations.
