Job summary

Evolve Psychology Services is hiring specialist neurodevelopmental practitioners to deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessments for autism and ADHD in children and young people. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to comprehensive assessments for NHS-funded referrals and private pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England.
• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children/young people.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment process.
• Conduct remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom.
• Participate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
• Produce accurate clinical reports including diagnostic formulations.
• Meet service KPIs.
• Provide clinical supervision where applicable.
• Travel to a clinic base for in-person assessments (hybrid work).
