This is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday to Friday shift pattern.
We are seeking an exceptional clinician to lead the operational delivery of a specialist neurodevelopmental service for children and young people. The ideal candidate will have experience working within CAMHS or paediatric settings and will support the management and development of local multidisciplinary teams involved in neurodevelopmental assessment, post-diagnostic intervention, and support services. The role involves collaborating with health, education, social services, and third-sector partners across CAMHS and Specialist Community Paediatrics Teams.
The post involves working with the Implementation Lead and local CAMHS and Paediatric leads to enhance assessment and care for children with neurodevelopmental conditions. You will also oversee clinical governance and supervision systems for a multidisciplinary team.
Applicants must be professionally registered, possess management or leadership experience, and have significant experience working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental differences. Training and professional development support will be provided, along with regular supervision and evidence-based practice.
