An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Services Lead to oversee the delivery of vital services within secure environments. The post holder will lead the delivery and development of specialist neurodevelopmental services within the secure environment of HMP Wandsworth and HMP ISIS.
The role involves the assessment, formulation, and implementation of specialist care plans for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders (including Autism Spectrum Conditions and Learning Disabilities), ensuring continuity of care through collaborative working with prison staff, mental health teams, and external agencies.
The post holder will act as clinical lead to the Neurodevelopmental team and provide direct line management, leadership, and support to junior colleagues.
