Job summary

Evolve Psychology Services, a clinician-founded practice, delivers high‑quality neurodevelopmental assessments for autism and ADHD across the UK.

As a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, you will conduct structured observations, perform history interviews, and contribute to MDT discussions, delivering clear feedback and robust reports to support families. Hybrid work with clinic visits and remote options available.

Qualifications

• Must hold registration with HCPC/NMC/GMC or Social Work England.
• At least 1 year diagnosing autism and/or ADHD in children and young people.
• Strong differential diagnosis knowledge for neurodevelopmental presentations.
• Experience using diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2 and ADI-R.
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment process.
• Conduct remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom.
• Participate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
• Produce accurate clinical reports including diagnostic formulations.
• Work to meet service KPIs.
• Provide clinical supervision where applicable.
• Travel to a clinic base for in-person assessments (hybrid only).
