Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Greater Lincolnshire is seeking a Neurodevelopmental Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the children's Neurodevelopmental Pathway. Neurodevelopmental Administrative Assistant

To provide a strong and comprehensive administration and clerical support to the children's Neurodevelopmental Pathway. The role will entail dealing with queries from patients and their families, schools, social workers and other external agencies.

Main duties of the job

The ideal candidate will be confident in the use of Microsoft Office packages, Outlook, Word and Excel. Have a good background/experience of working within a busy administration based environment. Be able to answer the phones, upload referrals, assist with printing, filing, typing, format letters plus other administration duties as part of their role.

They must be able to communicate courteously and effectively as they will be the point of contact for schools and parents within the team. Workload varies across the year, so the post requires someone who is able to work well under pressure and who can prioritise different streams of work to meet the changing demands on the service.

There will be an expectation to work across all localities as and when required to support service delivery.
