Job summary

BHR University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT) is recruiting a Band 7 Advanced Physiotherapist for rotational work across Stroke and Neurosciences. The role involves leading clinical practice, teaching, and service development within HASU, Acute Stroke, Rehab, ESD, and Neuro wards.

You will rotate approximately every 18 months, develop leadership skills, and contribute to research, audits, and education of the MDT. Flexible working is supported where service allows.

Qualifications

• Qualified physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
• Evidence of CPD and ongoing professional development.
• Experience in stroke or neurological physiotherapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment, treatment and advice for stroke/neuroscience patients.
• Rotate through HASU, Acute Stroke, Stroke Rehab, ESD, Neuro Outpatients and Neurosciences wards.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and supervise students on placement.
