Job summary

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trusts in Nottingham is seeking a Specialist Physiotherapist for the Neuro Rotation. You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to assess and treat patients with complex neurological presentations and provide supervision to more junior staff, including Band 5, support and student members.

You may deputise for the Band 7 team leader as appropriate and work flexibly, including out of hours rosters and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Assess and treat patients with complex neurological presentations.
• Provide supervision to more junior staff (including Band 5, support and student members).
• Deputise for the Band 7 team leader as appropriate.
• Work flexibly including out of hours rosters and on-call.
• Work alongside the Clinical Specialist and senior colleagues to develop the service in line with evidence based practice.
