Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker to join National Neurological Services Levenshulme. You will support young adults with complex needs to achieve personal goals and regain independence in daily living, including personal care and medication assistance.

You will build trusting relationships, plan daily activities, and participate in outings, while fostering a caring, supportive team environment and contributing to an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with people by listening and planning goals.

• Support individuals to become more independent.
