Active Care Group is recruiting for a Staff Nurse on the Millwood Unit in Nottingham, a Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre. You will act as the primary nurse, taking responsibility for nursing input, assessments and care planning, within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an NMC PIN registration (RGN) and current UK work rights, with experience in neuro conditions and tracheostomy care highly valued.

Formación

• NMC PIN or current registration to practice as a nurse in the UK.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Experience with tracheostomy care is essential.
• Experience in neurorehabilitation settings is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary nursing input and carry out nursing assessments and care planning.
• Contribute to MDT working, risk assessment and ongoing clinical improvement.
• Produce written nursing reports for statutory and clinical reviews.
• Work as named nurse or key worker and maintain high-quality clinical documentation.
