Job summary

West London NHS Trust invites applications for a Band 3 Neuro Rehabilitation Assistant in the Hounslow Community Neuro-rehabilitation Team. The post is full time and permanent, 37.5 hours per week, working with a specialist neurological service and a multidisciplinary team.

You will gain opportunities for in-service and external training, and work across hospital discharge pathways, home environments and community settings, with lone-working and independent progress reporting to the MDT.

Qualifications

• Ideal for an experienced Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant seeking to further develop neurological rehabilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy for patients in their home environments and local community.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists and other MDT members.
• Demonstrate lone-working and monitor patient progress with timely feedback to the MDT.
