Priory Highbank in Bury is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator to run meaningful social activities for adults with neurorehabilitation needs. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) at Highbank AC, with weekend work and MDT collaboration to tailor programmes to varied abilities and clinical presentations.

You will develop engaging activity plans, support orientation, and arrange social trips, while receiving training and supervision from the senior clinical team. A full UK driving license is required.

Competenze

• Experience of working in a similar role
• Be empathetic and creative to ensure inclusivity across clinical presentations
• Hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years)

Mansioni

• Create a plan of meaningful activities for service users, in group or individual formats
• Collaborate with MDT members to design activity programmes
• Organise social trips and home visits with service users and families
• Support orientation for new service users and help them feel at home
• Work flexibly to meet the needs of service users, including some weekend work
