Are you a Band 6 Physiotherapist with experience in neuro or stroke rehabilitation ? This exciting community-based locum opportunity in Hertfordshire offers fantastic flexibility, strong MDT support, and the chance to truly impact patient recovery in their own environment.

* Job Title: Physiotherapist (Band 6 - Neuro/Stroke)
* Location: Hertfordshire
* Duration: Ongoing
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 (Full-Time, Part-Time Considered)
* Start Date: ASAP
* End Date: Ongoing
* Rate of Pay: Competitive - �25-27 per hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist , you'll be supporting patients with neurological conditions and stroke recovery, promoting independence and reducing hospital readmissions. Your role will include:

* carrying out detailed neuro/stroke physiotherapy assessments
* developing and delivering patient-centred rehab plans
* liaising with wider MDT including OTs, nurses, and speech & language therapists
* advising patients, families, and carers on exercises and ongoing management
* maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:

* HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
* experience working with stroke/neuro patients, ideally in the community
* strong clinical reasoning, rehab planning, and communication skills
* ability to work autonomously and as part of an MDT
* car driver with access to a vehicle (preferred for community travel)

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is full-time (Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:30), but part-time applicants are also welcome. The contract is ongoing with high potential for extension based on performance and service need.
