Network Transformation Program Manager, EU Planning Network Transformation

Amazon EU Network Design Programs team is responsible for delivering Amazon packages to customers more reliably, faster, cheaper, and with a lower carbon footprint, while managing double-digit annual growth in shipped volume.

As a Program Manager for Network Transformation, you will lead strategic initiatives and address recurring issues related to delivery quality, speed, cost, and carbon emissions within the Amazon Transportation network across Europe. Your impact will influence the entire European network, with solutions designed for long-term sustainability. Your role involves not only solving problems but also developing tools and refining processes to ensure these issues are permanently addressed, supporting the scalability of Amazon's transportation infrastructure.

Key qualifications and skills include:
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze large datasets and generate clear insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of structuring complex projects and breaking them into manageable tasks.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects within tight deadlines amidst competing priorities.
  • Passion for identifying root causes of recurring problems and inventing new solutions.
  • Willingness to learn about Amazon's transportation systems and excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-experts.

Minimum requirements:

  • Proven ability to define program requirements and leverage data for improvements.
  • Background in program or project management, including process automation and standardization.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end solutions and communicating with senior leadership.
