Job summary

4C is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale network rollout and infrastructure projects across a complex multi-site environment. Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical infrastructure and network projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale network rollout programmes.
• Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity and network transformations.
• Experience across estates with 150+ sites.
• Proven track record of managing third-party suppliers and telecom providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network rollout and infrastructure projects across multiple locations.
• Manage complex network transformation programmes covering more than 150 sites.
• Coordinate internal teams, technical specialists, suppliers and external service providers.
• Monitor project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and resource allocation.
• Hold suppliers and network providers accountable for milestones, deliverables and service quality.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive governance, reporting and project assurance activities.
• Work with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and transition into support.
• Deliver projects within local government environments, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and procurement frameworks.
