Network Technicians - Water Industry

RPS are looking for Network Technicians to join our TMC team.

The role is based in Kirkintilloch but will require travel across Scotland.

About the role:

  • You will work as part of a two-person team, with an experienced Senior Technician, performing conditioning of the trunk mains on behalf of our clients.
  • Youwill beoperatingfrom defined assets recording operations to report back to our client on water quality and pressure parameters.

· Who we are looking for:

  • You must be confident and enjoy working outdoors, sometimes in remote environments in all weathers.
  • Health and safety culture – ability to risk assess, spot hazards and identify control measures to allow safeworking.
  • Flexibility to work away from home whenrequired.
  • You will be relied on to use your own initiative, be well organised and be able to balance delivering a range oftasks.
  • Deliver high quality outputs and accurate reporting toschedule.
  • Competent IT skills as all datacapture and progress reporting is electronic.
  • Working to policies andprocedures.
  • Must always communicate openly andhonestly.
  • Team working but equally confident workingalone.
  • A full UK driving license is required for this role.
  • Contribute to a well-rounded and highly skilled team to help meet KPIs and grow the business.
