Stefanini Group is looking for a Network Specialist, to complement the technical capabilities of our Network team within theInfrastructure Services Division.

Reporting to the Network Engineering Lead, theNetwork Specialist supports innovative network solutions to advance the client's organizational goals and objectives. In this role you will collaborate closely with the Network Lead and Senior Network Engineers, actively supporting multiple complex technical projects at the same time.

Our new colleague will be joining a 24x7 Network Team. This role operates under 24x7 rotating shifts schedule with 8 hours shifts.

Job responsibilities:

• Play an active role as a network security resource, and individual contributor.
• Collaborate with internal staff and the client's technical teams to support implemented network design, hardware, and technology.
• Implement LLD designed by the Network Architecture team.
• Follow and support KBs regarding troubleshooting simple and complex network issues.
• Implement capacity upgrades for client-supported network infrastructure.
• Maintain technical documentation and procedures; establish and recommend policies and standards on network configuration and services.

Job Requirements:

Key requirements:

• 3 + years' hands-on experience with deployment and maintenance of enterprise networks.
• 3 + years' hands-on experience with Enterprise Firewalls, managing and implementing Network Security frameworks.
• Good understanding of Network Firewalls, VPN Technologies, NAC Technologies, WAF Technologies.
• Good understanding ofL2/L3 network technologies, R&S and Security Technologies.
• Strong knowledge of centralized network monitoring and management technologies.
• Proven experience with Checkpoint and Cisco ASA Firewalls.
• Cisco ASA remote access services management is a plus.
• Experience in troubleshooting network issues in multi-vendor environment.
• Very Good understanding of the OSI Layer model.
• Deploying configurations in accordance with the agreed roll-out plans.
• Good understanding of routing protocols, with a preference for BGP, OSPF and Static routing.
• Good understanding of network segmentation and firewall engineering.
• CCNA level of understanding network concepts (VLANs , IPSEC, GRE, Firewall rules, Radius, Site-to-Site VPNs etc.).
• Proven experience and demonstrable success with maintaining and implementing multi-service networks.
• Proven experience with firewalls is preferred ( FortiGate , Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Juniper).
• Broad knowledge in overall IT Infrastructure and Telecommunications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• English proficiency, both writing and speaking.
• Ability to work in an organized manner with excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, paying close attention to detail to ensure quality in work delivered.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Exposure to ITIL concepts.
• Certifications or equivalent preferred.
