In this role, you will provide specialist technical support for complex network security and cyber security deployments across our UK secure contracts. What You’ll be Doing:
  • Provide leadership on Agile / ITIL processes and be a decision maker within the security team; advising those working directly with you on best practices and supporting from a 3rd Line perspective.
  • Develop peers and colleagues through mentoring and leadership, providing trustworthy honest feedback.
  • Produce and support policies, functions, and configuration builds to enable implementation of customer projects.
  • Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing all relevant supporting documentation.
  • Ensure full awareness of the need to safeguard sensitive customer information, maintaining BT’s reputation as a trustworthy organization.
  • Experience in agile, lean, evidence-based, and human-centered design frameworks.
  • Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly.
  • Design user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows, and wireframes.
  • Motivated team player capable of working collaboratively to build features impacting customers.
  • Ownership of production platforms and products from inception to continuous improvement.
