Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership on Agile / ITIL processes and be a decision maker within the security team; advise colleagues on best practices and support from a 3rd Line perspective.
• Develop peers and colleagues through mentoring and leadership, providing honest feedback.
• Produce and support policies, functions, and configuration builds for customer projects.
• Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, with supporting documentation.
• Safeguard sensitive customer information to maintain trustworthiness.
• Experience in agile, lean, evidence-based, and human-centered design frameworks.
• Simplify complex ideas and communicate clearly.
• Design user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows, and wireframes.
• Work collaboratively as a motivated team player to build impactful features.
• Own production platforms and products from inception to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• FCSS / CCNP or Fortinet Network Security Certification
• Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA)
• Experience with WAF/Loadbalancer and Dynamic Routing Protocols
• Knowledge of prototyping, testing solutions, and iterative development.
• Experience in designing user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows, and wireframes.
