InfoSec People Ltd is supporting a leading organisation within the Utilities and Critical National Infrastructure sector in the search for a Network Security Engineer to join their expanding Technical Operations team.

You’ll work across a varied infrastructure estate covering Cisco networking, Fortinet security technologies and Azure cloud networking whilst contributing to major infrastructure projects, service improvements and security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and supporting WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi and firewall infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Cisco routing, switching and ACI environments.
• Familiarity with Fortinet security technologies and Azure networking.
• Flexibility to operate in highly regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Managing and supporting WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi and firewall infrastructure.
• Reviewing technical designs and ensuring security best practice.
• Working with Cyber Security to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Managing network performance, capacity and availability.
• Driving automation and operational improvements.
