Job Description:

Network Security Compliance / Design (TSA)

Location: Fully remote

Duration: Initially until the end of 2024, with expected extension due to ongoing requirements.

Rate: £450 – 550 paid weekly, umbrella, in scope

Our client is a very large digital organization.

They currently have a requirement for a network professional to work on a government initiative: Telecommunications Security Act (TSA). Ideally, you will have experience with TSA regulation/reform from a Network and IP Security perspective.

Security compliance is very important for this role.

More TDA (Technical Design Authority) work and less network design, but a good grounding in design is required.

You may come from a Network Design / Professional role with a good grounding in Design, Network Configuration, Routers, Switches, Juniper, Cisco, etc.

Change control is important for this role.

Updates, Security, Vulnerability management are all desired at a high standard.

This role may also involve roles such as Network Design and MPLS requirements.

The team works across the IP spectrum and is close-knit – team members help and assist with all types of work.

If you have experience working under the Telecommunications Security Act, this is the most important requirement.

Ensuring IP network security is up to speed and of a high standard is the key focus of this role.
