Lead customer integration projects, including site preparation, hands-on installations, and post-sales technical validation.

Conduct both remote and on-site training for client engineers and partner field teams.

Respond to and resolve field application challenges, acting as the voice of the customer in Engineering and Product meetings.

Participate in solution design, technical RFP responses, and Proof-of-Concept deployments.

Drive device interoperability testing and maintain field documentation for repeatable, scalable deployment success.

Provide technical escalation support and partner with internal Engineering to troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve system issues.
