Position Overview:

As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale business transformations from initiation to successful, high-quality, post-launch execution and quality. Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic workstream to improve Same Day offering across EU and UK, mainly Quality and Concessions
• Working on innovative initiatives to holistically improve Speed in EU4 and UK
• Responsibility for updating multiple senior stakeholders about the program and latest developments
• Leading monthly reporting on KPIs and projects in the project timeline

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A successful candidate will demonstrate key skills including:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify opportunities, estimate improvements, and automate work
• Knowledge of operations, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving (e.g., Lean Six Sigma or Theory of Constraints)
• Ability to earn trust and influence stakeholders worldwide to achieve program goals
• Curiosity and ability to understand complex technical systems and processes
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
