Brief Description
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to join us on a 12 month secondment (with the potential to be extended or made permanent upon conclusion of the secondment) you will lead the train service performance analysis team to meet the challenges of the business and industry in understanding operational performance and deliver an analytical package that maximises the opportunity to meet and exceed operational performance objectives.

The seven person analytical team sits within the Network Performance Team which is responsible for driving improvement in railway punctuality and reliability. The team has a mix of experiences and backgrounds and a strong ethos of supporting each other within the workplace. We support flexible working arrangements and encourage the curiosity needed to understand performance (this can involve visits to other performance teams or site visits to understand more about the railway industry).

Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (There is a possibility of the role extending or becoming permanent upon conclusion of the initial term secondment) P
Location: This role is based in The Quadrant, Milton Keynes and candidates must live within 90 minutes. This role is a full-time opportunity, flexible working patterns will be considered.
Band & Salary: 3C £55,596 - £63,797 (Salary offer is dependent upon experience and within the advertised salary range)

Next Steps: This is a one (1) stage interview consisting of a competency based interview and 10 - 15 minute presentation (details of which will be provided at a later date). The Interviews will be held on w/c 19th May 2025, depending on business requirements.
