Role Overview:

This role manages the regional network of carrier partners, collaborating with stakeholders to implement and coordinate multinational insurance programs.

  • Establishes, develops, and maintains a network of insurance partners, including Everest offices and third-party partners.
  • Serves as the escalation point for network relationships and supports problem solving.
  • Collects and validates market intelligence such as regulations and partner requirements.
  • Adheres to Everest's Network Governance, including Due Diligence processes.
  • Manages service arrangements with external network partners.
  • Supports the implementation of an automated Multinational Servicing platform.
  • Achieves service and business performance targets via network management.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to optimize global insurance programs.
  • Provides advice on multinational insurance solutions, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance and addresses potential risks.
  • Drives operational excellence, leveraging technology and data analytics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in multinational insurance or risk management, managing programs for corporate clients.
  • Deep understanding of property and casualty insurance and regulations across jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Multilingual abilities are strongly preferred.
  • Strategic and execution mindset, with creative thinking and solution development skills.
