At Telensa, we are looking for a Network Operations Support Engineer Apprentice to join our Customer Support team in our office in Cambridge (Pampisford).

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Network Operations Support Engineer Apprentice in Cambridge with Telensa.
In this role, you will join our growing Customer Support team as an Apprentice 1st-line support engineer. You will be handling 1st-line support, processing, and responding to tickets, understanding development cycles for new features and bug fixes, developing performance monitoring and reporting and so much more!
We already have a great group of apprentices in our organization, and they need one more to join their community. Applying for a role like this is a no-brainer if you would like to kickstart your IT career in an exciting industry.

What happens once you complete your apprenticeship?
Most of our Apprentices are offered a role at Signify having successfully demonstrated the appropriate skills and behaviour for effective performance. Alternatively, there are opportunities for Higher-Level Apprenticeships which can be topped up further to full degree level.
