Join our Network Service Operations team as a Network Operations Engineer and help us transform DWP's datacentre and remote site network infrastructure.

We have several projects in Wi-Fi, on-premise datacentres, and cloud solutions requiring skilled, self-sufficient engineers to drive improvements, ensure best practices, and maintain stability of legacy infrastructure.
You will support incident and problem resolution, and implement standard service management exercises, which may include out-of-hours work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with employees at all levels and third-party suppliers.
You will also conduct network monitoring and analysis using tools such as BMC Entuity, Wireshark, and NetScout.
Location: Choose from our digital hubs in Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, or Newcastle, whichever is most convenient.
Hybrid Working: A hybrid model combining remote work and face-to-face collaboration.
Pay: Up to £52,442.
Pension: Civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%, valued up to £12,345 annually.
Holidays: Starting at 25 days, rising to 31 days, plus up to 3 extra days per month on flexi-time, and all public holidays.
