Job Description:

Purpose of Position

Reporting directly to the Customer Compliance Manager for Network Change management, this role provides strategic accounts with service and performance insights against SLAs. The individual informs the DPD Network on performance and outstanding actions for key accounts and generates high-level reports for management.

This person will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring adherence to service agreements and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Daily Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key service metrics and compliance indicators for strategic accounts daily, analyzing data, and generating reports.
  2. Weekly Performance Analysis: Compiling weekly service data to identify trends, improvements, and risks, and creating detailed reports.
  3. Periodic Reporting: Producing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for network and customer updates, including participation in calls during sales periods and project deployments.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Sharing performance insights, issues, and compliance updates with stakeholders, preparing presentations, and attending meetings.
  5. Issue Identification and Escalation: Monitoring network performance in real-time, resolving issues, and escalating breaches or disruptions.
  6. Proactive Investigations: Conducting investigations into service failures or complaints, identifying root causes, and working on corrective actions.
  7. Process Improvement: Contributing to process development and reporting mechanisms to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Customer Relationships: Maintaining strong relationships through timely updates and responses to inquiries or complaints.
  9. Supporting projects and team duties, including ad hoc analysis and coverage during absences.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent IT skills, especially in MS Excel and Google Docs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
