Hexegic Limited seeks a Network Operations Engineer to join our on-site UK team, focusing on Linux-based infrastructure. You will monitor alerts, triage issues, and coordinate with multiple engineering groups to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires prior NOC experience, strong Linux expertise (Red Hat preferred), and a keen interest in DevOps. Active security clearance is mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a NOC environment.
• Understanding and experience in Linux infrastructure.
• Strong interest in software development and DevOps work.
• Experience with RedHat Linux distributions is ideal.

Responsabilités

• Manage and triage alerts ensuring they are routed to correct teams.
• Support the securer movement of files between systems operating at different classifications.
• Manage data transfers and deploy upgrades to systems.
• Remain available to support engineering teams, providing assistance, updates and coordination to resolve issues efficiently.
• Build strong working relationships with teams and individuals requiring support.
