Overview

Responsibilities
  • Process Highway Licences and raise invoices.
  • Assist with gathering evidence in relation to investigations by providing highway records and land registry details (ownership and responsibility of land & property).
  • Produce monthly reports to assist the Senior Engineer in monitoring workloads and performance against targets and Service Level Agreements.
  • Monitor complaints received and send correspondence in relation to enforcement matters when directed by senior officers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hardworking and conscientious person to work in a busy environment, providing an essential and valuable service to customers, who can build effective relationships with customers and relevant partners.
  • K knowledge of the council’s customer service systems and highway-based systems; full training will be provided.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and excellent communication skills.
  • Solutions and results focused, a team player, and motivated to make a contribution in a transforming organisation.
