A leading fibre network provider in the UK is seeking a Network Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing the maintenance of its network infrastructure. This hybrid role requires flexibility to work on-site and from home, with responsibilities including supervising maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have strong supervisory experience in telecoms, knowledge of NRSWA, and skills in stakeholder management. The position offers an annual salary of up to £43,000 plus benefits.
This hybrid role involves working both from home and on-site across the region, requiring flexibility to travel as needed. The position is 37.5 hours per week and includes participation in OOH (on-call and out-of-hours services), including nights, weekends, and occasional overnight stays for planned and unexpected maintenance activities.

The Network Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for safeguarding CityFibre's network infrastructure across a national area, overseeing civil and fibre construction activities. The role ensures timely, compliant delivery of maintenance and diversionary works, supporting out-of-hours operations and emergency restoration services. You'll receive a salary up to £43,000, a car allowance, a performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits to support your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.

Someone with the skills and experience for this role would be adept at supervising field-based fibre and civils maintenance, managing emergency and planned works, ensuring compliance with safety and street works regulations, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to protect and maintain telecoms infrastructure.
