Key Responsibilities:

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure service incidents and product issues.
• Manage voice-related queues in ServiceNow and ensure SLTs are met.
• Perform technical tasks including patching, scripting, reviewing logs, and automation.
• Assist in builds, configuration activities, and maintain the technical estate.
• Prioritise and manage workloads effectively to meet business demands.
• Support hardware lifecycle and asset management in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Lead on network migrations from Checkpoint to Palo Alto.
• Support change, implementation, and contribute to maintaining a secure enterprise network.
