Job Description:

WA Consultants are currently searching for a Network/Infrastructure Architect for one of our clients. This role is inside IR35 and will operate on a hybrid basis with one day per week in Somerset. SC Cleared, and with government experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Turning business problems into solution designs – working with networks, engineering, technology, and business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into coherent technical designs.
• Communicating between technical and non-technical audiences – presenting key design ideas suitably for different audiences, including senior stakeholders, demystifying technical complexities, and relating these back to business problems. Designs will need to be written following client standards for approval.
• Technical awareness – experience with communications, networking/IoT, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and Linux-based hardware.
• Driving efficiency in delivery – producing innovative and efficient solutions within organizational guardrails and budgets, and building delivery teams as needed.
