What You'll Be Doing

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Field Engineer to join our Professional Services team. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain client network infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. This role requires expertise in WAN and LAN technologies and managing complex network environments.

This is a field-based role, primarily serving London, with some work across the UK. Projects vary from full IT infrastructure managed services to smaller site onboarding tasks.

Experience We Are Looking For

• Network Implementation: Configure and deploy network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other devices.
• Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Use monitoring tools to ensure network performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
• Network Assessments and Audits: Conduct assessments to identify vulnerabilities and performance issues, providing reports and recommendations.
• Technical Support: Offer remote and on-site support, resolving network issues promptly.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Security Management: Implement and oversee security measures like firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and participate in professional development.
• Drivers Licence: Full UK
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
