Job description

Will be responsible for the support and maintenance of a range of data network and security systems for the institute, covering staff and students. They will contribute to the build, configuration and support to a range of systems to meet the existing and future business needs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be required to work outside normal office hours as and when required in line with ‘on call’ protocols. In delivering this role the Network Engineer will:

1. Solve problems independently and quickly and communicate them clearly to the relevant parties within the institute.
2. Meet deadlines and problem solve in a pressured environment, ensuring service and operational levels are met and adhered to.
