Network Engineer - Drive Enterprise Network Strategy

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: circa GBP42,000 plus benefits: 23 days holiday, life insurance, pension, healthcare, certifications and more.

A leading UK organisation is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to take ownership of its network strategy, operations, and service delivery across a multi-site estate. This is a key role for a technically skilled leader with expertise in VOIP, Cisco Voice, Teams Telephony, SD-WAN, Meraki, and MPLS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure projects and align them with business goals
• Oversee daily network operations and resolve performance issues
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
• Evaluate and implement Cisco, Meraki, and Microsoft voice/data solutions
• Ensure resilient, high-performing MPLS and SD-WAN connectivity

What You'll Bring:

• Strong project management capabilities in infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in Voice platforms, Call Manager, and Meraki SDWAN and SASE solutions.
• Knowledge of MPLS, SD-WAN in Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations.
