Key Responsibilities

• Patch management and infrastructure upgrades

• Taking ownership of escalations from 1st & 2nd line teams

• Managing and supporting Juniper switches, routers and firewalls

• Collaborating on improvement and security initiatives

Key Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper devices (Junos OS, JNCIA/JNCIS certs a plus)

• Experience using SolarWinds for network monitoring

• Confidence working in ticketed support environments

• Exposure to Citrix ADC (Netscaler) and Junos Space is a bonus

• Must be SC cleared or eligible (UK footprint for 5+ years required)
