Overview

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex network issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
• Support the rollout and optimisation of Cisco Software-Defined Access.
• Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure and application teams.
• Contribute to the design of reliable and secure enterprise solutions.
• Provide clear documentation and knowledge sharing; mentor and support colleagues where required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in network engineering (ideally 5+ years) with a focus on Cisco platforms.
• Proven exposure to Software-Defined Access; solid understanding of enterprise networking protocols; working knowledge of network security principles.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python or Ansible is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP or higher are an advantage.
