You will play a crucial role in implementing and managing new projects and installations, providing on-site end-user support, and maintaining existing infrastructure. Responsibilities include problem analysis, documentation, and ensuring configurations meet high standards.

The responsibilities of the Network Engineer role are:

• Architect scalable networking solutions based on business requirements.
• Create network topologies and diagrams.
• Recommend network hardware and software improvements to enhance service and profitability.
• Implement new network technologies and upgrades.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
• Analyze problems, diagnose, and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure systems are monitored and backed up regularly.
• Perform routine network maintenance.
• Implement security policies and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities.
• Test and apply security patches and firmware updates.
• Assess network capacity and plan for future growth.
• Optimize network performance by analyzing traffic patterns and making necessary adjustments.

The ideal Network Engineer will possess experience in:

• Cisco routers and switches expertise
• TCP/IP connectivity and IT security
• Firewall configuration, management, and reporting (Fortinet)
• Windows Server Administration: 2016, 2019, and Server 2022
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Device support: Windows 10/11, Apple devices, with experience in Intune, Apple, and Meraki MDM
• Backup technologies and disaster recovery
• Microsoft SQL Server experience (advantageous)
