A leading consultancy in London is seeking a Network Design Specialist - RF Planning Tools for a 12-month hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RF planning tools, OSS architecture design, and experience with AWS and GIS data manipulation. This position requires working 3 days on site and is inside IR35, necessitating the use of an FCSA accredited umbrella company.

Job description

A Network Design Specialist - RF Planning Tools is required for an initial 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site in London and is inside IR35 so will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A good understanding of tools used for RF Planning and deploying coverage solutions in Mobile networks
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and reliable OSS architectures that support RF Planning and Operational Activities
• Skilled in GIS data manipulation and AWS solutions.
• Working with AWS, Azure or other cloud hosting technology is preferred.
• Knowledge of RAN, transmission technologies, and telecom protocols (2G/4G/5G/NB-IoT).
• Skilled in SQL and database design for structured data and reporting.
• Experience with OSS Architectural designs.
• Experience with integrating data from external sources into internal platforms, including ETL pipelines and API-based data exchange
• Experience with radio network infrastructure data.
