Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
- Have strong knowledge of software development, lifecycle, and Agile development processes.
- Possess hands-on experience in creating DevOps pipelines, containerization, etc.
- Understand Cyber Security concepts related to software/product development, including analyzing cyber vulnerabilities and providing mitigation steps.
- Set up processes for Cyber Security guidelines in product development and implement tools to enforce these guidelines.
- Identify and manage risks effectively.
- Handle data management and analysis.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Good understanding of Network & Cyber Security practices applicable to utilities systems.
- Knowledge of product development in Agile & DevOps environments.
- Support experience with utilities and power system applications.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interface with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations when dealing with customers and co-workers.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and diagnostics solutions and concepts.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience
- Focus on ensuring customer success by fostering balanced relationships that benefit both the company and the customer, aiming for high customer support and satisfaction.
- Take leadership in strategizing with internal teams and customers to resolve and prevent issues.
- Engage with customers regularly to address issues; organize calls to implement solutions and Cyber Security guidelines.
- Write user/technical documentation and case notes; act as a technical resource and mentor staff in troubleshooting and analysis.
- Contribute to the Knowledge Base system for customer-specific issues to benefit the support team.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues across all aspects of customer solutions.
- Adhere to all quality processes and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support; willing to travel to customer sites if needed.
