Network Coordinator | 7933 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £25,584 to £27,269 per annum | Grade E | Norwich

An opportunity has arisen for a highly focused, organised and resourceful Network Coordinator to support teams within our Family Help Care & Protection Service Team based in County Hall, Norwich.

We are looking for a competent, well organised and self-motivated person to undertake this role. You will have experience of working in an office environment, providing high-level customer service, prioritising tasks effectively, multitasking, working to tight deadlines, adaptability, and managing information accurately and sensitively.

In this position, you will need to communicate effectively at all levels and have excellent keyboard and ICT skills in Word, Excel, and databases.

You will work closely with the Team Manager, Social Workers, Personal Advisors, other Network Coordinators, and Practice Coordinators to support frontline staff and our children and young people.

Below is a list of tasks you would assist with and complete, though it is not exhaustive:

  1. Ensure key meetings are arranged, coordinating with internal and external professionals as well as families
  2. Take minutes of comprehensive meetings daily
  3. Track group supervisions
  4. Support financial processes such as raising purchase orders, reconciliation, invoicing, and setting up payments
  5. Coordinate information on bespoke systems
  6. Arrange travel and bookings for staff & families
  7. Manage duty rotas
  8. Collate and send assessments
  9. Create and maintain trackers

We have ambitious plans to reshape how we work with families, placing practitioners and relationship-based practice at the core of our work. The support of our Network Coordinator is vital to the success of these plans.
