Sopra Steria Limited in Corsham is seeking a strategic leader for JMNIAN Service Delivery & International Network Lead. You will guide evolution of critical networking capabilities and represent the UK on the international stage, working with military, government and industry leaders to ensure secure communications for mission success worldwide.

The role is hybrid with 1 day on site in Corsham and includes international travel. Must be SC cleared or eligible and salary up to £65K.

Qualifications

• Experience representing UK on international platforms and with defence partners.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality reporting to boards and senior stakeholders.
• Background in service delivery, operations or capability management.
• Ability to provide technical guidance for network capability growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder engagement across MOD, defence industry, coalition partners, and international organisations.
• Represent UK within multinational CFBLNet community and promote collaboration.
• Deliver reporting and updates to programme boards and senior defence stakeholders.
• Act as focal point for governance forums, change boards and management meetings.
• Capture future network requirements to support capability growth and new demands.
• Provide strategic technical guidance for JMNIAN and secure networking services.
• Support network approvals, security accreditation, policy implementation and compliance.
• Coordinate with MOD delivery teams and industry partners to enable future networking capabilities and connectivity.
• Influence decisions that support multinational defence operations.

As the JMNIAN Service Delivery & International Network Lead, you will represent the UK on the international stage, guide the evolution of critical networking capabilities, and work alongside military, government and industry leaders to deliver secure communications that support mission success worldwide. • Drive stakeholder engagement across the MOD, defence industry, coalition partners, and international organisations.
• Represent the UK within the multinational CFBLNet community, promoting capability growth, collaboration, and operational effectiveness.
• Deliver high-quality reporting and updates to programme boards, project offices, and senior defence stakeholders.
• Act as the UK's focal point for key governance forums, change boards, and management meetings.
• Capture and shape future network requirements, supporting capability growth, expansion, and new operational demands.
• Provide strategic technical guidance for the ongoing development of JMNIAN and related secure networking services.
• Support network approvals, security accreditation, policy implementation, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with MOD delivery teams and industry partners to enable future networking capabilities and international connectivity.
• Influence decisions that directly support multinational defence operations and mission success.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering, analysing, and translating complex requirements.
• Background in service delivery, operations, or capability management.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to support growth and service evolution.
• Experience working with governance, policy, and operational procedures.
• Confident engaging with senior leaders from a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds.

You’ll ideally have experience across a broad range of enterprise and defence networking technologies, including:

• Cisco routing, switching, and Unified Communications.
• Network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS technologies.
• SIEM and security monitoring platforms.
• Endpoint management and data protection solutions.
• Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server environments.
• Active Directory, SCCM and SCOM.
• Linux administration.
• WAN technologies and secure communications environments.
• Nexus switching, ACI, NSX and modern network architectures.

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid: 1 day on site in Corsham Some International travel.

Security Clearance Level: Eligible for SC Clearance.

Salary: To £65K
