Network Architect x3 - UK Wide (NA-611) England

Salary: GBP65000 - GBP85000 per annum + Benefits

Network Architect x3 - UK Wide

We are seeking a skilled Network Architect for a leading consultancy to work on large client outsourcing service environments. You will join client-facing project teams, focusing on architecting, designing, and implementing robust network solutions across diverse projects, transitions, and due diligence exercises. This is a permanent position starting ASAP, with a salary range of £65-85k per year.

Your role:

1. Design, evaluate, and review major network installations.
2. Lead implementation activities, support clients, and manage projects.
3. Contribute to transitions, due diligence exercises, and new business solutions development.
4. Provide network technical strategy and leadership for clients, projects, or bids.
5. Review client network infrastructures and propose improvements.
6. Work under deadlines to drive complex network proposals to completion.

Skills and experience required:

1. Expert knowledge of IP, Ethernet, routing, and switching in LAN/WAN/Data Centre/Public Cloud environments.
2. Practical experience with Cisco ACI is essential.
3. Familiarity with SDN (Cisco MSO, NAE, ACI Anywhere), SD WAN (Cisco Vmanage), SD Access (DNAC, APIC EM, Cisco ISE), Automation/Orchestration (Terraform, Ansible, Python, JSON, APIs), Security products (Firewalls), VMware NSX, and other NFV products.
4. Additional experience with load balancers, hardware proxy devices, IDS/AV, and Voice technologies is desirable.
5. Experience with vendors like Cisco, F5, Bluecoat, FortiGate, Checkpoint, Azure, Amazon, and Google Cloud is a plus.
