Network Architect (Leading IT Services Firm/SC Security Clearance)

A global IT services firm is seeking experienced Network Architects who will lead the architecture and design of complex network solutions, contributing to secure, large-scale infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for end-to-end network architecture, design, integration planning, and high-level technical leadership within classified or high-availability environments!

Suitable candidates will have the following experience:

• Experience: 6 - 10+ years in Network Architecture and design roles
• Advanced understanding of network protocols and secure network design
• Strong experience with Cisco routing, switching, and networking solutions
• Knowledge of Aruba and Palo Alto products and solutions
• Certifications: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or similar required
• Must hold or be eligible for SC Security Clearance

Please note: Only applicants eligible for SC Security Clearance will be considered.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead network architecture and design for complex, secure environments
• Define and document high-level network solutions for enterprise clients
• Architect LAN/WAN infrastructure with secure, scalable configurations
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural governance
• Design and integrate Cisco networks and Palo Alto Firewalls in new and existing estates

Salary and Benefits: £70,000 - £85,000 Basic + Flex Benefits Package
Location: Newcastle, England
Working Model: Home/Hybrid (2 - 3 days onsite per month at Newcastle site)
