Job summary

CPS Group (UK) Limited are recruiting a seasoned Network Architect to lead the evolution of enterprise network services for a major client in West London. The role is contract-based, Inside IR35, with hybrid working and a 6-month duration, starting ASAP.

You will drive network strategy, policy development and technology roadmaps, engaging senior stakeholders and translating business goals into actionable network roadmaps using telemetry and observability data.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise network architecture experience.
• Proven ability to write network policies, standards and architecture principles.
• Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating business goals into technology roadmaps.
• Experience using network telemetry/observability data to drive optimisation.

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading organisation to appoint a seasoned Network Architect to lead the evolution of enterprise network services.

This is a highly consultative role focused on customer engagement, network strategy, policy development, and technology roadmaps. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping customers optimise and modernise their network estates through data-driven insights, network telemetry, and best-practice architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own network architecture standards, policies, and governance.
• Partner with customers to develop strategic network roadmaps and transformation plans.
• Leverage network telemetry and analytics to identify optimisation opportunities, improve performance, and enhance user experience.
• Drive adoption of modern networking technologies, automation, and operational best practices.
• Provide architectural leadership across complex enterprise and hybrid environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in enterprise network architecture and design.
• Strong experience writing network policies, standards, and architectural principles.

• Strong understanding of networking technologies, security, cloud connectivity, and network operations.
